We had fantastic attendance today for our first day of IAR testing for grades 3-8! Thank you, parents, for all you do to help prepare your children for testing. We are hoping for even better attendance tomorrow! Please remember to have students here on time and ready to go. They did great today and only have 2 more days of testing to go!
IAR testing begins tomorrow for grades 3-8! Tuesday, March 24th, Wednesday March 25th, and Thursday March 26th will all be testing days starting right away in the morning. Please make sure your child is in attendance this week! We want our students to try their best and be successful on these tests. Please follow these steps to ensure your child is ready!

8th graders toured Morton Industries as part of the Pathways class, since many students have show interest in the manufacturing industry. Today, we were able to see pipe benders, laser cutters, and robotic welders. Many thanks to Morton Industries for hosting us today!

Tomorrow is our next Focus on the Future Wednesday! We are looking at activities and sports that our students would like to do in the future. Pekin High School offers a huge variety of sports, clubs, and activities for their students. Wear something tomorrow that shows your interests and what future activity you would like to do!
This is a reminder that, due to SPGS being a polling place, tomorrow is a Teacher's Institute Day. As a result, there is no school for SPGS students.
Due to blowing snow and poor road conditions, there will be no school today. There will be no e-learning. Stay safe and warm tornadoes.
