2024-2025 Online Registration Opens July 22nd
NEW Student Enrollment Registration: If you have a NEW student to our district and no current students, you will begin with the New Student registration. After completing the first step, you will receive an email to set up your Skyward Family Access. To register for the 2024-2025 school year, click on this link below and follow the prompts.

This link will direct you to the first step of setting up your Skyward account. This will then allow you to register your student.
***Please note, you MUST have a working email to set up a Skyward account. The email you provide will be the email used when the district pushes out important messages from Skyward.

Students NEW to the district will need a (Student Record Transfer Form) signed by a parent/guardian in order for South Pekin Grade School to retain records from the previous school your student attended. This is NOT included in the registration process online. Parents must come to office to complete this form. Also, please note that any NEW students to our district will have to provide (3) proofs of residency.
Returning Students Enrollment Registration: Parents will need to log in to their Skyward account to register a returning student. An email will be sent on 07/19/2024 to Family 1/Guardian 1 with your username and a password reset option if you have forgotten your password. You will use this username and password to login to Skyward Family Access and complete registration for each student in your family. After logging in, parents will see a tile added on their Skyward dashboard called Returning Student Enrollment. After selecting this tile, follow the steps in completing the registration process.
If you have a NEW student to our district and returning students (example - a new kindergarten student) you can complete New Student Online Enrollment in Skyward Family Access with your current login. From there, you will be able to register your new student, along with your current student.
**By selecting the (Fees) tile on your dashboard, you can view what fees are owed for the 2024-2025 school year.
*The mobile app is not capable of processing online registration. You must do it on a desk top version on your phone, or a laptop or desktop computer. Please contact the office if you need access to a device for registration.
