E-Learning Day Information and Materials

In the event of inclement weather (snow/cold), South Pekin Grade School will be implementing e-learning days. The information below will help parents and students with the school's e-learning day procedures and schedules. As always, please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions.  

1) The school day will start at 9:00 a.m. for all students.

2) The school will announce e-learning days in the same manner as snow days. Parents will be notified via email and text, and all local news stations will be informed. 

2) Students need to login during their assigned time. Attendance will be taken, and students who do not login will be marked absent. Junior high students need to go through the entire school day.

3) Please encourage your student to get up and get ready for school just like a normal day.

4) Please contact the school ASAP if you do not have internet access. We have hotspots available for students to checkout.

5) Students who are full time remote learners will participate in the e-learning day just like students who usually receive face to face instruction.
